Scope of our licence
Rock Horizon Holdings Limited holds a Gibraltar business licence for business consultancy (category 5.F), with the express condition that it is not for the provision of actual real estate services. We therefore act as a coordinator, consultant and manager on behalf of our clients: we do not carry out estate agency transactions, we do not broker property sales, and we do not provide regulated financial, legal or insurance advice. Where a service requires a licensed third party — registrar, venue, notary, agent, contractor — that third party contracts directly and remains responsible for its own work.
