The terms that apply to Rock Horizon services and bookings.
Scope
These terms apply to services provided by Rock Horizon Holdings Limited in Gibraltar, including accommodation, property management, wedding coordination and concierge services.
Quotes and bookings
Prices shown on this website are indicative. A booking is confirmed only once we issue a written quote or confirmation and the agreed deposit has been received.
Third-party services
Some elements of your booking — registry fees, venues, restaurants, photographers and transport — are provided by third parties. We coordinate them on your behalf and their own terms may apply.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on the service and are set out in your written confirmation. Third-party costs already incurred may be non-refundable.
Liability
We take care in selecting suppliers but are not liable for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar.
