Wedding cake in Gibraltar, made by a French pâtissier
From a two-tier classic to a French pâtisserie dessert table, we design, commission and deliver your wedding cake — with a tasting before you commit.
How we do it
French pâtisserie
We work with a French-trained pâtissier: fine sponge, crémeux and ganache rather than heavy sugarpaste. Naked cakes, mirror glaze, croquembouche, macaron towers and individual entremets are all possible.
Designed around your day
We match the cake to the venue, the flowers and the light: height, colour palette, fresh florals or sugar work, monogram or cake topper, and a cutting moment your photographer can actually use.
Tasting before you commit
Where your travel allows, we arrange a tasting box or an on-site tasting so you choose flavours with confidence. Remote couples receive photographs of a reference cake before production.
A wedding cake in Gibraltar has to survive two things most couples forget: the heat and the transport. We plan for both. Cakes are produced locally or in the immediate region, kept refrigerated until the last possible moment, and delivered to the venue by our team — not left at a reception desk hours before the ceremony.
The French approach matters here. Instead of a decorative structure that guests politely leave on the plate, you get a dessert that people finish: génoise or joconde sponge, seasonal fruit, praliné, vanilla from Madagascar, dark chocolate ganache, lemon and yuzu, pistachio and raspberry. If you want a traditional British fruit cake or a Spanish tarta de Santiago tier, we do that too.
We handle allergens and dietary requirements seriously: gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free, vegan and no-alcohol versions are available, and we label every tier so your caterer can serve without guessing. Every cake is quoted in writing with the number of servings, the tiers, the finish and the delivery window.

Common questions
›Can we have a tasting if we live abroad?
Yes. We send photographs and a detailed flavour brief, and where your schedule allows we arrange a tasting the day before the ceremony or a tasting box delivered to your accommodation.
›Will the cake survive the Gibraltar heat?
We use heat-stable finishes in summer, keep the cake refrigerated until delivery, and time the arrival so it is displayed for the shortest possible period before cutting.
›Can you match the cake to our flowers?
Yes. We coordinate directly with the florist so the fresh flowers on the cake come from the same palette and the same supplier as your bouquet.
›Do you cater for allergies and vegan guests?
Yes. Gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free and vegan tiers or individual desserts are available and labelled for service.
